The Wing Boat Anchor (modeled after the original Delta) is one of the most popular styles of anchor chosen by boat manufacturers today as standard equipment. The solid, one piece design, results in superior holding power than other similar plow anchors like the CQR and sets easily in most bottoms including mud, sand, rock, and more.

Being one the most common standard equipped anchor on boats  today, it fits many bow rollers and pulpits (always confirm against manufacturer’s dimensions and specifications). It self launches, making it ideal for use  with windlasses. Each anchor also includes a convenient trip line point at the back of the anchor.

Having a high holding power to weight ratio, boaters often need a lighter Wing/Delta anchor than may be necessary in other styles of anchors. For example, for most 25’ boats, a 13 lbs Delta/Wing anchor will be an adequate anchor choice.

All Norestar Wing Anchors come with a lifetime warranty against breakage.

The best!

Best anchor design made. Used in mud, oysters and rocks. Works every time. 19' Pathfinder 100 Yamaha Charleston, SC.

Last weekend motor caught unmarked crab pot & line. Threw out the anchor to stop the boat getting blown in to the sweetgrass in shallow water. Caught in seconds. Will never use a danforth again.

Anchor

Anchor received promptly and good packaging.
Anchor fit on my boat also which was great as I have ordered 2 others from different suppliers and they didn’t. Boat was a SeaRay Sundancer 280.

Problem holding

Read the review for this anchor ,up to 25 ft boat. Fishing Pensacola bay with muddy and she'll area anchor does not fit into the bottom as well as my flucke anchor same weight, maybe should have gone next size up.
not happy with the holding ability even with moderate tide..

Holds good, doesn't look too pretty

Was hesitant to buy a non brand name anchor but this holds really well. Our two boat raft up didn't budge. The qualify of the welds isn't the best. There is a lot of weld splatter all over the anchor and the galvanized finish doesn't look very even. It lives in my anchor locker so not the end of the world for me. Definitely was a good buy.

It does work great

It holds great. But this thing is heavy. Did not actually weigh but it just feels heavy. But it holds. Now need to upgrade windlass.
