Installation is simple: secure the large diameter cap to the top of the pole and set the pole up under your cover in the center-most area of the boat cover. Twist open the adjustment collar and extend the pole until the boat cover has a peak and there is firm resistance from the cover. Twist closed the adjustment collar. Ensure the pole is perpendicular to your deck and that your cover slopes smoothly in all directions. Your cover may settle or stretch over the course of the day after install, so be sure to check on the pole and readjust as necessary after 24 hours.
