Returns

Our guarantee is simple: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition, minus actual shipping and handling charges.

Please email us to orders@anchoring.com to request a return authorization. All returns require authorization from a staff member.

Terms & Conditions

Returns will be refunded their entire cost minus shipping charges and a $5 freight surcharge allowance. This freight surcharge allowance accounts for the fact almost all orders shipped from us are undercharged the actual shipping costs we pay along with fees charged from our fulfillment partners.

Refunds will be processed when the product is received and inspected. It may take up to 14 business days for return products to be inspected. If a product is returned in used or unsalable condition no refund will be issued and it will be your responsibility to send a prepaid postage slip to our warehouse for return of the item.

Items returned without a return authorization number may be refused and/or charged up to a 25% handling fee.
