Product Returns & Exchanges
To request a product return or exchange, please email us to questions@anchoring.com with the subject line "Request for Product Return". Please include the following:
Date of Purchase.
Name of the Purchasee.
Product purchased.
Description of any problems with the product, if applicable.
The above address is for mailing only- there is no retail establishment at this address for product viewing.
Local product pickups may be available from our warehouse in Blaine, WA but you must request availability beforehand. Please email us to questions@anchoring.com with your specified product and we will notify you of product availability for pickup.
