To request a product return or exchange, please email us to questions@anchoring.com with the subject line "Request for Product Return". Please include the following:
Date of Purchase.
Name of the Purchasee.
Product purchased.
Description of any problems with the product, if applicable.

We ship most of our items, including almost all of our Norestar brand products, from Blaine, WA. In general you can pickup any Norestar products from our warehouse free of charge (subject to 8.5% sales tax) Monday-Friday 9-5PM. You must contact us prior to pick up regarding availability and pickup instructions.
